Ghostly Wisconsin Travels takes us to Eau Claire, Wisconin. We stop off at fire station number 10 to see if Alex is around somewhere.
The fire station isn't much different then any other, and at first glance it doesn't even appear to be anything but a big old brick building. The more you stand and stare at the window, the more you feel as though your eyes are locked on to someone else's eyes. You quickly look away as if in shame for staring, only to realize there isn't anybody there.
Seems Alex Blum was a firefighter who worked at the fire station No. 10. He was a fine old Scandinavian who passed on in 1981 from common arteriosclerotic heart disease.
Shortly after Alex passed away, strange occurrences began at the fire station. It seems Alex doesn't think he needs to go to the light, or if he has, he comes back to visit a lot. A good percentage of the remaining firefighters have seen Alex as an apparition. A local electrician never plans to venture back the station. Alex gently tapped him on the shoulder one day while up on a ladder and scared the dickens out of him. He vacated the building and left his tools for Alex to finish the job!
